Planning permission granted unanimously for major mixed-use development in North Wales
Outline planning permission was granted unanimously by members of Wrexham County Borough Council’s planning committee in accordance with officer recommendation for a major mixed-use development on a 25 hectares greenfield site forming part of the historic Wynnstay Estate comprising up to 319 homes, a Class A1 discount foodstore and up to 20,393m2 gross of Class A3, B1, B8, C1 and C2 use. This is one of the largest regeneration projects proposed in the area for many years and is earmarked to generate over 1,250 jobs to the benefit of the local and County-wide economy.

Planning permission secured for a large music event venue in East London
In a busy start to the New Year, we have secured planning permission for a large music event venue in East London and submitted a hybrid planning application for an residential enabling development of 88 dwellings at Cheshunt School to forward fund major improvements to the existing teaching and sports infrastructure. We have also completed our feasibility work for the EFA on a proposed school redevelopment within the LB Croydon and submitted an application for a pyrolysis plant at Tilbury, Essex.
