The Collective ‘co-living’ housing development
We have been instructed by The Collective to secure planning permission for a unique ‘co-living’ housing development within the LB Ealing which is based on providing affording private sector rented accommodation for young professionals. In a busy month, we have also been instructed by a leading independent school in London to secure permission for a new sports ground, nursery and junior school building and have also submitted an application for the third of our primary school redevelopment schemes under the EFA’s framework agreement in Surrey.

Solar Farm schemes South Gloucestershire
We have secured approval for two solar farm schemes in South Gloucestershire and have been instructed on the remaining non-operational parts of the former Hempstead Gas Works in Gloucester having secured prior Council approval for the demolition of the redundant structures and buildings on the site. We have also submitted an application for the second of our primary school redevelopment schemes under the EFA’s framework agreement.

Global Academy University Technical College
Our application for a new University Technical College (UTC) on the Old Vinyl Factory site in Hayes has been approved unanimously by LB Hillingdon, subject to the completion of a s106 agreement. The UTC will be sponsored by Global Media and has been procured by the Education Funding Agency (EFA). It will specialise in the areas of creative, technical and digital media and accommodate 800 students. In other news, we have been appointed to two solar farm projects in South Gloucestershire and a proposed new equestrian centre in Hertfordshire, while we have also been appointed by Yorkon to secure planning permission for six primary school developments under an EFA procurement programme.

Planning permission granted for residential enabling development
We have secured part-outline and part-full planning permission for a residential enabling development of up to 88 dwellings on surplus land at Cheshunt Secondary School to forward fund major infrastructure improvements to the school including the construction of a two-storey teaching block and provision of internal/external sports facilities. In other news, we have been instructed to secure planning permission for a paper processing, shredding and baling plant in Park Royal (London) and a Maserati servicing and repair garage in Chiswick (London).
