In our previous roles, we were instructed to formulate a planning strategy aimed at securing a viable end use of this operationally surplus gas works site in Gloucester, which involved extensive negotiations with both the Council and Urban Regeneration Company that was active at the time. Planning permission was subsequently granted for a comprehensive employment development on 7 hectares and we are now engaging the Council on the remaining parts having obtained prior approval for the demolition of the redundant structures.
