Philip has over 15 years experience in planning consultancy and has advised on a wide range of major instructions for both public and private sector clients covering all aspects of development including mixed-use, residential, retail, leisure and employment schemes. Philip is held in high regard by clients for his commercially focused advice and he specialises in project managing complex, mixed-use developments through the planning process, including coordinating large multi-disciplinary consultant teams. He has also appeared as Expert Witness at Public Inquiries.
