Our involvement consisted of securing several Section 73 permissions that had the effect of amending the planning permission originally granted in October 2011 (and later amended in December 2014) for a mixed-residential and commercial development on this prominent site in Fulham in October 2011. The amendments related to amalgamating the shop units, including related changes of use; incorporating an additional vehicular means of access to the rear townhouse development; increasing the number of residential units and other associated design revisions.
