Reserved matters approval was obtained for the 4-phased development of Greatfields School as an integral element of the Gascoigne Estate East regeneration masterplan and comprising a 3 form entry primary school and 8 form entry secondary school (1,908 pupils including SEN and nursery places). Issues of development phasing relative to wider planned infrastructure commitments, parking provision and design were of primary importance to planning assessment.
