Planning permission was granted in October 2020 for the demolition of an existing office building and construction of a part-four, part-five and part-six storey residential apartment block (providing 42 units of affordable housing); the change of use/conversion and refurbishment of Southern Grove Lodge into residential use (providing 36 private for sale units) and related works. Our role in the planning process was to lead the engagements of the Council for pre-application advice, take an active role in the local stakeholder consultation, and manage/coordinate the submission of the planning application in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary project team.
